For many in higher education, budget constraints have decreased or eliminated funding for attendance at national conferences. In response, the University of Missouri, the National Association of College and University Business Officers, and the Florida High-Tech Corridor Council have arranged with key federal agencies to communicate their annual updates on research priorities and budgets via the internet. The format will allow for questions from participants around the nation. In the past, we have had to charge a subscription fee to recover our costs for the webinar. This year, we are thrilled to report that the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, an economic development initiative of the State University System of Florida, has joined MU and NACUBO to sponsor this event. As a result, the event will be freely available to all interested parties.
